About PremIR Equine

PremIR Equine was founded by Izabel Iredell with a vision to provide premium, thoughtful care that helps horses feel, move, and perform at their highest level.

The name PremIR is inspired by the word Premier, representing quality, excellence, and high standards. The IR also carries personal meaning, representing the first letters of founder Izabel Iredell’s last name. The brand was originally envisioned as PremIIR — with I representing Izabel and IR representing Iredell — but the cleaner, more refined version with one “I” became PremIR, a name that felt stronger, simpler, and more timeless.

PremIR Equine was created from a deep love for horses and a belief that every horse deserves individualized support, proper recovery, and care that prioritizes long-term soundness, comfort, and wellbeing.

As an equine science student on the pre-veterinary path, Izabel is working toward her long-term goal of becoming an equine veterinarian with an innovative approach that combines holistic and western medicine. Her vision is to bridge traditional veterinary care with forward-thinking wellness practices that support the whole horse.

Izabel is trained by her mentor Jay Clements in the J-Stride Method — a performance-focused approach that integrates targeted bodywork techniques including massage, acupressure, stretching, and 3B cold laser to help horses move better, recover efficiently, and perform at their best.

With a growing foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, horse management, and hands-on experience, PremIR Equine brings both passion and purpose to every horse served.
